He is particularly interested in preventative cardiology and lipid abnormalities, and is the founder and moving force behind the Lipid Club, which promotes lecture programs by expert guest speakers to share the latest medical information with other physicians in the community. He and Dr. Pond also founded Inland Clinical Research, a company dedicated to clinical research trials in areas such as hypertension, lipid abnormalities, diabetes mellitus, arrhythmias, and congestive heart failure.
